And always try to deliver the product without any sort of damage. Anyhow if you receive a damaged/ defective or wrong item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue a full refund after your returning of that product. - If you find any defect (damaged or wrong product) after opening the package, inform us (through inbox or hotline) with a photo or video of the defective item as proof.
- Our Customer Relationship Management team will change/replace the product or issue a full refund after consulting with the management.
- If you mistakenly order a wrong product, we will exchange it upon the payment of returning and re-sending costs.
- You must return the original invoice and boxes of packaging the product along with the product.

- Our Customer Management team will pick up the product from your location, free of cost (**condition applied**). If your location is outside of Dhaka, please send the product to Courier Service. And we will bear all courier service costs for you valid claim.
- If we find your return claim is not valid regarding the product, you have to accept the same product.
